Our Shower Tabs are an amazing addition to any shower, but especially when you're feeling...BLAHH!!!  Unwrap the Tab, and discard wrapping.  Place a Washcloth over your drain to slow the draining of the water, and place your Tab in the base of the shower.  As the fizzy magic begins, the aromatherapy works it's own magic, by releasing its' ingredients into the steam vapor from your hot shower.  Each tab is a one use only.
